 <note>Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi digital Playfield Kid’sAcademy melalui Instagram untuk meningkatkan brand awareness. Metodekualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan triangulasi data dari wawancara internal,wawancara eksternal, observasi konten Instagram selama enam bulan, sertaliterature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Playfield berhasilmemadukan pendidikan akademik dan olahraga dengan pendekatan karakter,yang tercermin dalam pesan “Your Sport Your Life” dan nilai HEART. Strategidigital Playfield yang meliputi konten informatif, visual menarik, danpemanfaatan Instagram Ads efektif meningkatkan perhatian dan ketertarikanaudiens. Namun, keterlibatan sosial dan interaktivitas konten masih dapatdiperbaiki untuk memperluas jangkauan audiens. Playfield juga aktifmenggunakan berbagai elemen IMC seperti advertising, sales promotion, event,public relations, dan social media marketing, meskipun beberapa aspek sepertimobile marketing dan direct marketing belum optimal. Penelitian ini memberikangambaran komprehensif tentang keberhasilan dan peluang pengembanganstrategi komunikasi digital Playfield Kid’s Academy.&#13;
